You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless iDigitizing and its partners, employees, affiliates, and agents against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, and legal fees resulting from actions based on infringement of such rights. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to proofread the digitized design before production, and iDigitizing is not responsible for any damaged garments.

iDigitizing Rights

While iDigitizing acknowledges and understands that all logos, patterns, and creative artworks submitted for digitization are the intellectual property of their respective owners, iDigitizing reserves the right to use the following items as part of its portfolio, case studies, etc. (whether online or offline) for the purposes of showcasing its embroidery digitization capability and quality of work, and advertising for its service:

• The digitized logos/patterns/artworks (i.e., the digitizing files)
• The visual presentation of the digitizing files produced by embroidery digitizing software (e.g., preview images)
• The embroidered samples based on these digitizing files
• Links to other websites

We understand that the intellectual property rights of our clients are important, and we take great care in ensuring that we do not infringe upon them in any way. All designs submitted for digitization remain the property of their respective owners, and we do not claim ownership over them at any point.

Through our website, you are able to link to other websites that are not under the control of iDigitizing. We have no control over the nature, content, availability, and privacy practices of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them.

Ownership of Digitized Files

We are happy to provide you with an electronic copy of your custom digitized logo upon request. Please note that because of copyright laws, if we use any stock design to create a logo for you, we are not allowed to share that stock design.
